Using the award badge
Agents recognized in the Utah Rankings may display the official award badge on their website, email signature, listing materials and social media for the edition year they were ranked.
Official badge
Use the badge as supplied. Don't recolor, crop, stretch or add effects to it, and keep clear space around it.

Always name the edition year and use the exact recognition you received. Approved wording:
- "Ranked #1 in the 2026 Utah Rankings by Best Utah Real Estate Agents"
- "Recognized in the 2026 Utah Top Rankings by Best Utah Real Estate Agents"
Do
- Include the edition year with every mention.
- Link to your profile on bestutahrealestateagents.com.
- Use the badge at a size where its text is readable.
Don't
- Imply the award applies to your whole brokerage or team.
- Use a past year's badge as if it were current.
- Change the wording, such as "Utah's #1 agent" without the year.
Team & brokerage use
Awards are given to individual agents. A brokerage may announce that one of its agents was ranked, as long as the agent is named and the year is included.
