There are thousands of licensed real estate agents in Utah, and most of them look the same online. Star ratings and paid ads don't tell you who will actually show up, communicate clearly and fight for your best outcome.
Best Utah Real Estate Agents publishes the Utah Rankings: a yearly, statewide list of agents who stand out on the things that matter to clients.
What we look at
Every agent is researched through confidential client feedback, state licensing records, transaction history and public reviews. Those findings are scored in four categories: local knowledge, responsiveness, negotiation and client feedback. Read the full methodology.
Our standards
- Earned, not bought. No agent can pay to be ranked or to move up.
- Same process for everyone. Self-nominations and client nominations are researched the same way.
- Confidential references. Client feedback is never shared with the agent or published.
- Dated recognition. Every award names its edition year, and agents are researched again each cycle.
